Whether you don't have a car, money for a gym membership, are traveling, or simply just don't want the hassle of going to a gym everyday, this "At Home Workout Plan" is perfect for you. (There are no gym weights required for this plan)

With each single exercise there is full detail explaining the steps and actions for each workout to ensure simplicity & thoroughness. Each day of the week is also laid out separately for each muscle to maximize advancement.

Throughout the the plan we will be focusing on "Low Loads" and non-weight exercises. When exercising with low loads AKA body weight, training with a high level of effort appears to be more important than total training volume in terms of muscle mass gain. With that being said, pushing until failure is important in this workout to ensure progression & results.
